Training Sessions
We can come to your office and help with training onsite. We also offer different levels of training for MYOB software, in our office here in Christchurch. This removes all distractions that inevitably come up in any normal office setting. Similar sessions can be provided in other centres if required. All sessions have a break in the middle.
You can choose from the following options:
MYOB Accounting – Level I Time: 5 hours Cost: $350 plus GST
- setting up accounts, customers, suppliers, inventory
- setting up initial balances – accounts, receivables, payables
- setting up relevant preferences
- review basic accounting principles
- entering cash expenses and receipts
- entering sales invoices, receiving payments
- entering purchases, paying bills
- reconciling bank accounts
- standard monthly reports and GST Returns
- setting up new users
- reviewing backup procedures
MYOB Accounting – Level II Time: 4 hours Cost: $300 plus GST
- setting up recurring transactions
- customising reports, and invoice and statement formats
- setting up jobs and categories for business divisions or projects
- setting up budgets for accounts and jobs and reporting
- setting up Inventory items
- setting up Custom Lists
- reconciling Inventory balances, entering inventory adjustments
- advanced reporting options
MYOB Payroll Time: 4 hours Cost: $300 plus GST
- setting up a new Company Payroll file
- reviewing pay codes
- setting up departments and cost centres
- setting up employee details
- reviewing annual leave / holiday pay issues
- processing pays
- printing relevant reports and payslips
- finalising the pay run, checking PAYE period
- reviewing IRD reports required
- backup and restore options
